Medication & Follow-Up

As part of the Department of Psychiatry at San Francisco General Hospital, the Center provides culturally sensitive medical and mental health care for adults who have experienced traumatic events/injuries in their lives. Our staff, faculty, and trainees come from diverse ethnic and cultural groups. The Center works closely with primary care providers to ensure comprehensive quality care. All services provided are free.

• Free medical care and counseling to female and male victims/survivors of sexual assault
• Assistance with medical appointments
• 24 hour Medical Forensic Examination
• STD prevention/testing
• Pregnancy prevention/testing
• HIV prevention/testing

• Consultation
• Follow-up
